Background
The WTA Group comprises both its IP development arm, the Cooperative Research Centre for Waste Management and Pollution Control Limited and its commercialisation arm, Waste Technologies of Australia Pty Limited.
The WTA Group was acquired by Vericap Finance Limited in 2006, a corporate and financial advisory and private investment firm that advises and invests in unique Australian businesses that possess technologies and knowhow that have worldwide application in growth markets.
