Philip was banking and finance partner of leading Australian law firm, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, until 1992 and then joined Allco Finance Group in 1993, where he was a director in their international finance division. He spent 2 years in both those firm’s New York offices.

Philip co-founded Vericap Finance in 2001 and has over 25 years of legal, accounting, finance and business experience, advising and investing in companies across a broad spectrum of industries.
